These significant advantages make aluminum foam applied in aerospace and airspace, ship, rail, automotive, engineering, building, household goods and the chemical industries.
Our center manufacture ¡°PML -725¡± series aluminum foam products by ¡°melts foaming method¡±. The original finished product is typical close cellular aluminum foam, by the especially way we can obtain tiny crack open cellular aluminum foam. Their densities are between 0.15~ 0.45g /cm 2 , porosities typically range from 85% to 95%, and majority diameters are 1 -5mm .On the production engineering and property testing, especially on both low costing production techniques and mechanics and acoustic performance, we have developed and researched for more than ten years. In China we are the first manufacturer and supplier of the standard aluminum foam products. Now , our products ¡°PML -725¡± series aluminum foam has successful applied in a great deal of areas.
